I love the look of vintage fabrics. You can always tell the difference. Whether it’s the colors, patterns, or the material, there is something special about fabric that looks “retro”. I appreciate when something looks like it has character and some history. Sadly, authentic aged fabric can be pretty pricey. I’ve come across 5 places where you can find great vintage inspired fabric. Check out these stores and tell me you don’t want to make yourself some pillows, or re-upholster a couple of chairs.
Oh Sew LA I love you. This place used to be around the corner from me and oh brother I miss it. I still go, but not nearly as often as I used to. They have the greatest prints. I swear. Go to their site and you will find at least 22 fabrics that you are going to want ASAP.

If ya like wild and fun fabric then you will love Spoonflower. They kind of have a little of everything. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, then this might be a good place for you to start.
So So Vintage
This is another seller through Etsy that I think you may love. So So Vintage is kind of known for their daring fabric patterns. If you need something cute, and has a whole mess of flowers, you have found your place.
Beverly’s may not specialize in vintage fabric, but they’re mod and retro fabric stock is pretty nice. I just love how many options they have, and it’s updated all the time.
