We’re officially live people! The Amber and Honey site is up and we’re pretty happy about it. If you have been following us from Rhiannon’s Interiors, or maybe you just began following us on social media, you’re probably aware of what a big deal this is. It’s something I have been working on for quite a while.
So, what does this big change really mean? A lot! Aside from the wonderful new look, and pretty great new name, we are treating this as a whole brand new business and web site. We have a ton of new services, options, content, contributors, and features. Plus, it’s all just an easy process for clients and readers a like. I really find myself needing things to be easier as I get older. Don’t you?
The website displays our services and the coordinating packages in a really simple way. You’ll find that when you go to the homepage you will see the ‘Virtual Décor’, ‘Home Décor’ and ‘Home Staging and Organization’ services. Once you choose what you need you will see the packages we offer. You’ll easily know how much they cost, and what they include. It’s a wonderful thing.
Our Virtual Décor Services are meant to help those who live any where in the world. You can choose from one of three different packages we offer and we make it as easy as possible on you. We also now offer home staging, art-finding, a la cart, and home organizational tools in addition to our many existing services. Plus, we have event planning and graphic design coming soon. It’s all so very exciting.
The website itself has some nice features. Our clients can simply login with their own password and access their shopping list as needed. They can approve or reject each item as they wish. The blog is going to get pretty busy and we have a long list of spectacular people contributing on some brand new content. We want to have regular interviews of wonderful creative, and features on product, workshops, or really great businesses out there.
By far my favorite new thing about Amber and Honey is that I am working with some wonderful people in the process. Go check out our About Us page and you will see more about each of us. Our new Art Finding expert is Amy Kaeser out of Long Beach. Katie Thompson from here in LA is our organizational guru and she is pretty amazing. Our photographer Michelle Ramirez of Michelle Ramirez Photography is doing a lot of our photography coming up and she is spectacular with a camera. Last but not least is our new Editorial Director Andrea Wexelblatt and she will be in charge of the great content that comes into the site.
Please take a look through the site and let us know what you think. It was designed by Christine Castro Hughes from Darling Studio, and set up as you see now by Lindsay Pruitt from Made to Thrive. I couldn’t be happier with what they have created! They were so much fun to work with and I highly recommend them if you are looking.
For now, no matter how you came across Amber and Honey, we are just happy that you’re here. Sign up for the A&H Décor Planner Group on Facebook, and do follow us on social media. We have a whole mess of things coming up. It’s gonna be fun and I am beyond excited to share all of this with you guys.
